This interactive, energizing, skill-building full-day experience is designed to elevate the role of today’s Chiropractic Assistant beyond task-based duties and into confident, steady patient leadership that patients can feel… and are excited to talk about with their friends and family.
When the front of your office communicates with greater clarity and confidence, retention improves, schedules stay full, and patients follow through more consistently with care.
While technical training is essential, this day is laser-focused on the communication standards, mindset shifts, and connection skills that are often not formally taught → yet directly influence retention, referrals, and patient follow-through every single day.
Attendees will leave with immediately applicable tools that strengthen confidence, build consistency under pressure, and reinforce the doctor's recommendations with clarity and professionalism - in any office model.
Family Activities:
At the SDCA Conference, we are proud to offer families opportunities to build friendships through fun and engaging activities.
Children can connect with one another through hands-on crafts and group outings to Thunder Road, where they can enjoy laser tag, bowling, bumper cars, and arcade games.
The nearby Washington Pavilion provides an outstanding interactive learning experience that blends education with fun. In addition, the Canopy hotel is located right next door to Jacobson Plaza at the Falls, which features a fantastic park space and, weather permitting, ice skating. These experiences help create lasting memories while allowing families to fully enjoy their time at the conference.
